Delete your Chequemate.pro account
Chequemate.pro is developed by Ajroteck, LLC. You can delete your account, and the data that goes with it, at any time.
In the app
- Open Chequemate.pro and tap the person icon at the top right of Home.
- Open Settings and scroll to Danger zone.
- Tap Delete account, read what will be deleted, enter your password and tap Delete my account permanently.
If you have not chosen a plan yet, the same Delete account link is on the plan screen.
Without the app
Email team@chequematepro.com from the email address you signed up with, with the subject Delete my account. We confirm the request is yours and delete the account within 7 days, then reply to tell you it is done.
Deleting some of your data, keeping your account
In the app you can delete stored documents (Archives), dishes on your menu, your posts, networks you created and people on your staff roster, and discard a scan before it is saved. To stop your prices counting towards regional benchmarks, turn off Share prices to benchmarks in Settings → Privacy.
For anything else, such as a saved invoice, email team@chequematepro.com from your account's email address and tell us what to delete. We confirm the request is yours and do it within 7 days.
What is deleted with your account
- Your account and profile.
- Restaurants you alone own, with their invoices, extracted line items, scans, stored documents, menu data, price checks and staff roster.
- Your posts and photos, networks you created (including other members' posts in them), your network memberships and your notification settings.
- Your subscription, which is cancelled immediately, and your customer record at our payment provider.
What is kept
- Prices from your invoices that already form part of de-identified regional price benchmarks. They cannot be traced back to you.
- Our internal record of actions taken by our administrators, which may name your account, kept for security.
- A restaurant you own together with someone else stays, with its records, and passes to the other owner.
- Payment records our payment provider must keep by law, under its own terms.
Deleting your account cannot be undone. More detail is in our Privacy Policy.
